  Ingredients a pint of blackberries fresh mint 1/2 cup Thirsty Buddha All-Natural Coconut Water 1/4 cup chilled vodka   Instructions Place the blackberries and the fresh mint in a cocktail glass. Muddle the blackberries and the mint together. Add the coconut water and the vodka. Stir the drink. Enjoy!

  Ingredients 1 cup coconut milk ½ banana 1 Tbsp cacao powder a splash of vanilla 1 pitted date 1 pinch of sea salt 1/4 cup ice Hungry Buddha Classic Coconut Chips    Instructions  Add the coconut milk, banana, cacao powder, vanilla, pitted date, sea salt and the ice to a blender. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Garnish the smoothie with the coconut chips. Enjoy!

  Ingredients 1 cup Thirsty Buddha Fair Trade Organic Coconut Water 1/4 cup coconut milk 2-3 leaves of fresh mint 1/2 banana 1/4 cup raspberries 1 splash of vanilla extract 1/4 cup ice   Instructions Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the smoothie into your favourite glass. Top the smoothie with a few raspberries. Enjoy!

  Ingredients 2 1/2 cups coconut flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 cup coconut sugar 10 Tbsp softened butter 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2 large egg whites grounded Hungry Buddha Classic Coconut Chips   Instructions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Mix the coconut flour, baking powder and the sea salt into a large bowl. In another bowl, blend the butter, eggs and the coconut sugar until the texture becomes fluffy. Slowly add and mix the dry mixture to the egg mixture. Flatten the dough and use a Christmas tree shaped cookie cutter to make the cookies. Bake the cookies on a nonstick or lightly greased surface for 6-8 minutes. Top the cookies with the coconut chips for a frosted snow flake garnish effect. Enjoy!

  Ingredients 1/2 cup steel cut oats a cup water 1/4 cup coconut milk 1 tsp cinnamon lemon zest 1/4 cup blueberries 1 tsp Healthy Buddha Coconut Nectar 1 tsp nutmeg 1/2 banana, sliced 1/3 cup Hungry Buddha Classic Coconut Chips   Instructions Add the water to a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the steel cut oats once the water begins to boil. Cover the oats and stir them occasionally while they cook. Once the oats are cooked, add in the coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and the coconut nectar. Stir all the ingredients until they are well incorporated. Transfer the oat mixture into a bowl and top it with the banana slices, blueberries, lemon zest and the coconut chips. Enjoy!
