  Ingredients: 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup cashews 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup Hungry Buddha Cheeky Chocolate Coconut Chips Pinch of sea salt   Instructions: Add almonds, cashews, raisins, seeds and coconut chips to a bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt. Shake the ingredients around for the salt to coat the trail mix evenly. Snack and enjoy!

  Ingredients: 3 cups frozen mango 3 cups frozen peaches 1 cup Thirsty Buddha Sparkling Coconut Water with Peach Mango 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons Healthy Buddha Organic Coconut Nectar  Sprinkle of Hungry Buddha Classic Coconut Chips    Instructions: Add frozen mango, frozen peaches and lime juice to a blender and pulse. Add in Sparkling Coconut Water and Organic Coconut Nectar and stir well. Pour the sorbet into a pan and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Scoop the sorbet into a bowl and top with Hungry Buddha Coconut Chips. Enjoy the refreshing taste!

  Nutrition                        Nutrition is something that plays a huge role in my day to day life. Having a well prepared grocery list is something that I encourage everyone to live by. Myself and my Wife are both Plant Based and nothing excites me more than opening our fridge and looking at all the fruits and vegetables shining with vitamins and minerals. The basis of our meals really includes one phrase, “the food we put in our body either fuels disease or feeds health”. Another thing to add… be sure to “eat the Rainbow” by eating a variety of colours of fruits and vegetables because they all have different, but important, nutritional properties. Fitness Being active is an essential part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and my favourite way to do that is to go to the gym.   Ingredients: 1/2 of a fresh lime cut into 2 wedges 5 fresh mint leaves ½ cup Thirsty Buddha Sparkling Coconut Water with Lime 2 oz white rum 1 cup ice cubes   Instructions: Place the mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass and crush it up with a muddler or a spoon. Add the ice to your glass and crush it up with the muddler or a spoon. Add the rum and the Sparkling Coconut Water to your glass. Squeeze in the juice of the other lime wedge and add the squeezed-out lime shell into the glass. Mix up your drink with a reusable straw. Sip and Enjoy!
