Ingredients Lime wedge, for rim Red sanding sugar 1 cup of Vodka 1 1/2 cups of Cranberry Juice 1/4 cup Triple Sec 1/4 cup Thirsty Buddha Sparkling Coconut Water with Lime 1/2 cup Fresh Cranberries   Instructions Run a lime wedge around each glass then dip in sanding sugar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add vodka, cranberry juice, and triple sec. Shake until the cocktail shaker is cold. Divide drinks between rimmed glasses, pour in the Thirsty Buddha Sparkling Coconut Water with Lime, and add cranberries for garnish!  

  Ingredients 1 cup Grand Marnier 1/2 cup Rum (preferably Coconut Rum) 1 cup Lime Juice 1 cup Thirsty Buddha Organic Coconut Water 1 cup canned Coconut Milk 1/4 cup Healthy Buddha Coconut Nectar (can also use simple syrup) For garnish: sprigs of Rosemary and Fresh Cranberries *To enjoy this drink as a mocktail, simply remove the alcohol and add an extra 1/4 cup of lime juice, 3/4 cup of coconut water and  1/2 cup of coconut milk.   Instructions Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add Grand Marnier, rum, lime juice, Thirsty Buddha Organic Coconut Water, coconut milk, and Healthy Buddha Coconut Nectar. Divide drinks in desired glasses, then garnish with rosemary and fresh cranberries, and enjoy!  

Ingredients 1 package Hungry Buddha Classic Coconut Chips 1 1/4 cup of oats 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp Healthy Buddha Coconut Nectar 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter 1/4 cup non dairy milk 1 tsp vanilla   Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the coconut, oats, and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl and stir to combine. In a smaller bowl, whisk the coconut nectar, powdered peanut butter, non dairy milk, and vanilla until smooth. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir once more. Place the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, pressing clusters together with your fingers, and bake for 10-15 mins at 350, moving it around on the pan every 2-3 minutes to prevent burning.
