Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed and thinly sliced

  • 1 sliced avocado

  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup cooked kidney beans

  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber

  • 1/2 cup diced carrots

  • 1 bag of Hungry Buddha Coconut Jerky

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons of Healthy Buddha Coconut Vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine kale, chickpeas, kidney beans, cucumber, and carrots.

  2. Pour the coconut vinegar on the salad then toss well

  3. Top the salad with avocado slices and coconut jerky

  4. Enjoy!
