- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk (or any plant milk)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Healthy Buddha Coconut Nectar
- Add Oats to your container of choice
- Pour in milk.
- Add layers peanut butter, coconut nectar. Mix it.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Top with your fruits & enjoy your morning!
