It may not be summer for another month, but this happiest of holidays marks the beginning of sunshine and sipping on delicious drinks pool-side! Make a pitcher of these Coconut Water Pina Coladas and your Cinco de Mayo party will become the stuff of legends among your friends!
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup Thirsty Buddha All-Natural Coconut Water, frozen in cubes (approx. 8 cubes)
- 1-2 oz coconut rum
- 2 tbsp pineapple, cut into chunks
- Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until mixture becomes frothy
- Serve in mason jars and garnish with pineapple slices
- Drink up!
