Coconut Granola | Buddha Brands Co.

As a crunchy snack, or flavourful topping to our favourite smoothie bowls, it's hard to resist this coconut granola! If you're like us, and never feel like you have enough time in the mornings – make a big batch and snack happy all week long.


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup agave nectar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup Hungry Buddha Classic coconut chips
  • ¼ cup dried apricots, cranberries and/or raisins 


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. line baking sheet with aluminium foil and spary with palm oil
  3. combine oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, oil, orange juice, maple syrup and coconut in mixing bowl - mix thoroughly 
  4. place mix on baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes (tossing once mid bake)
  5. add dried fruit and serve immediately or store in air tight container

Serve on your favorite flavour of Greek yogurt and you've got a delicious breakfast to help fuel your day!
