Our Coconut Water Mojito is a great way to incorporate healthy alternatives to your traditional sugar-laden cocktails. Here is one of our favorite health conscious cocktail and mocktail recipes!
Mojito - serves 2
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1/4 white rum (optional)
- 1 cup Thirsty Buddha All-Natural Coconut Water
- Carbonated water
- in a cocktail glass, muddle mint leaves with agave nectar and lime juice
- add ice
- add coconut water and if using alcohol, add rum
- top off with a splash of carbonated water
