When you add coconut water to your cocktail, you're coming out even in terms of hydration, apart from creating a delicious tropical drink! Here's the recipe to one of our faves, a Thirsty Buddha coconut water Cucumber Mint Mojito!
- 1 tbs fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup Thirsty Buddha All-Natural coconut water
- 3-4 slices cucumber
- 3 mint leaves
- 1/4 cup club soda
- vodka - to taste
- Mix Thirsty Buddha coconut water and club soda in glass.
- Add fresh lime juice and vodka to taste - stir well.
- Top it off with cucumber slice and mint leaves.
- Stir and enjoy!
