Spicy Sriracha Salmon | Buddha Brands Co.

This time of year, we are craving delicious new recipes to cook up at home that are comforting and warming. So, we’ve created this Spicy Sriracha Salmon dish made with a fresh piece of salmon and topped with our spicy (and delicious) sriracha Hungry Buddha coconut chips.

Ingredients:

Directions:

1)      Place fresh filet of salmon on baking sheet

2)      Preheat oven to 400 degrees on bake

3)      Season salmon with salt and pepper and garlic powder and lime juice

4)      Crush Hungry Buddha coconut chips either by hand or in a food processor (for crumbs processing works best, for larger pieces crush by hand) and place on top of salmon

5)      Bake for 15-20 minutes

6)      Enjoy!
