A Kitchener native, Christine can commonly be found in the kitchen cooking up a storm or at her favourite fitness studios getting her sweat on. Christine is passionate about green living, inspiring her students during barre class, and is known to always pack snacks (hello coconut chips!). Balance is something our brand ambassadors practice and preach in all aspects of life.
She loves to share her favourite finds and recipes via Instagram. Moreover, she believes leading a clean and healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated with the right support and mindset.
Christina is our lifestyle guru. She loves everything from food to fashion to fitness. Not only is she an amazing mom to son, Orlando, she is on her way to becoming a certified Holistic Health Coach!

Michelle Garland is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner with a Raw Food Chef Certification based out of Vancouver, BC. She launched her private practice, Plentyfullme with a focus on healthy relationships between food, nutrition, and emotional well-being. She has dedicated her practice to creating optimal lifestyles through a plant-based approach. Also, she is a professional Sign Language Interpreter. We love implicated Brand Ambassadors!
Jass Stupak is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP), Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (ROHP) and a graduate from Brock University. Wellness, fitness and positivity obsessed, Jass focuses on nourishing from within. She has been dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle for several years now after experiencing the powerful effects that holistic nutrition has on the body. She is a true believer in natural healing, balance and life long health.
Another of our Vancouverite Brand Ambassadors, Jenna is a dreamer with a passion for the world of wellness. She loves eating good food, self-care routines, exercise, creating healthy recipes, learning new things, and exploring new places. She started her blog, The Nourished Vibe, as a way of sharing her central philosophy. It’s not only important to nourish our body with real and nutritious food, but to also nourish our mind with healthy thoughts, and our physical body with movement.
She likes sharing her experience to help others. As a Holistic Nutritionist and recipe developer, she loves the nutrition community she has joined and helped to grow. Cassie loves seeing how many people are starting to take their health into their own hands. In fact, it makes her know she is doing what she needs to be doing. Right now, when she is not at school or working, her lifestyle is pretty laid back. She enjoys working out and trying new gyms/workouts. On her free time, she appreciates developing recipes to use for her Instagram page.

Sareena is a recipe-developer extraordinaire. Through her blog, Sareena’s Food, she shares all the plant-based and vegan recipes that helped her to take control of her own health, manage her pain and sickness, and find balance in all aspects of life. Her recipes are healthy (and often coconut-y) creations that will inspire even the pickiest of eaters that plant-based can still mean delicious!
