Blueberry & Beet Smoothie
- ½ cup cooked beets, cold
- 500 mL Thirsty Buddha Fair Trade Organic Coconut Water
- 1 ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 Tbsp Healthy Buddha Coconut Nectar
- Hungry Buddha Classic Coconut Chips for topping
- Place all the ingredients into a blender.
- Taste and adjust if necessary.
- Top with classic coconut chips.
