Buddha Bloggers With Love & Coconuts- Christine’s Super Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thirsty Buddha Fair Trade Organic Coconut Water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 small avocado (or 1/4 large)
  • 1/4 banana (can omit for lower sugar option!)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 2 big handfuls of greens (spinach, kale, etc!)
  • ice

 

Instructions

  1. Blend and enjoy!
  2. Top with hemp hearts and your favourite Buddha Brands Coconut Chips!
