Buddha Bloggers With Love & Coconuts- Christine’s Super Green Smoothie
- 1 cup Thirsty Buddha Fair Trade Organic Coconut Water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 small avocado (or 1/4 large)
- 1/4 banana (can omit for lower sugar option!)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
- 2 big handfuls of greens (spinach, kale, etc!)
- Blend and enjoy!
- Top with hemp hearts and your favourite Buddha Brands Coconut Chips!
