Sparkling Coconut Lime Mojito
- 1/2 of a fresh lime cut into 2 wedges
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup Thirsty Buddha Sparkling Coconut Water with Lime
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Place the mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass and crush it up with a muddler or a spoon.
- Add the ice to your glass and crush it up with the muddler or a spoon.
- Add the rum and the Sparkling Coconut Water to your glass.
- Squeeze in the juice of the other lime wedge and add the squeezed-out lime shell into the glass.
- Mix up your drink with a reusable straw.
- Sip and Enjoy!
